Elijah Needham

Lieutenant Needham serves Church Hill Rescue as 705 and is over Building and Grounds. Lieutenant Needham sparked an interest in public safety in Highschool being in the Fire Science class. Lieutenant Needham began his public safety career with Mount Carmel Fire as a Junior member in 2021. Lieutenant Needham started with Church Hill Rescue in September of 2024 as a Rescue technician, he later on in 2025 accepted an assistant equipment officer position under Arron Light. Lieutenant Needham was appointed to his position after the former Lieutenant stepped down. Currently Lieutenant Needham has specializations in Swift Water, Extrication, and Hazardous Materials.
